Consultancy works undertaken on behalf of Landlords has included replacement of central plant and systems and upgrades of infrastructure services provisions for buildings including electrical, gas and water supply arrangements.

Due Diligence
Ludgate has extensive experience in carrying out surveys of engineering services in buildings and assisting in building procurement. During the 5 years, Ludgate has undertaken due diligence surveys of over one million square foot of accommodation. Initial executive summary reports are typically on the Client’s desk within 48 hours of the survey followed by a full comprehensive report within one week. The final report would be a document which would enable the client to make sensible choices on their acquisition and future facilities.

Ludgate also undertake Landlord’s approvals and monitoring duties on small and large schemes, that are undertaken by tenants

Strategic Technical Evaluations
Ludgate has considerable expertise in undertaking technical evaluations of engineering systems on behalf of clients. This includes studies of comfort cooling and heating systems, load assessments and analysis of the incoming power supplies to buildings and quality assurance reviews of maintenance regimes.
